One of our most preferred locations where we always gladly return is definitely Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. Located in the midst of the old Indonesian traditions, rice fields and full of modern spiritual hype, as well as overwhelmingly full of tourism – that is Ubud. Rich with good food, extraordinary art, the best fruit juices, smoothies and exotics that one can find on such a small space. Despite the tourism hype and sometimes overcrowded main streets, it offers tranquillity just behind noisy corners, serenity not far from daily rush and silence areas just behind wonderfully decorated front doors.

Every year, since 2013, we’re performing intensive workshops and teacher training retreats, organised by Pilates & Yoga Styles. Every time we do it, more and more people attend as well as more interest is gained out of the daily Yoga and Pilates Practice.

Our retreats are suitable for students of all levels from beginners to the more experienced practitioner. The schedule is flexible and will allow you free time to explore the surrounding area and engage with the local culture.

Lead Teacher

You’ll be inspired by lead teacher Linda Newman, the founder of Pilates & Yoga Styles, who has been teaching for more than twenty six years in the UK, Asia, and Australia. Linda is passionate about supporting your personal journey.

7:00am – 7:30am Guided Meditation/Pranayama
7:30am – 9am Morning Yoga Practice
9am – 10am Breakfast
10am – 11am Yoga Practice (optional)
11am – 4:30pm Free time to rest, swim or explore
4:30pm – 6pm Yoga practice
7:30pm – 8:15pm Yogic Discourse (alternate evenings)

All accommodation is twin share. Limited single accommodation may be an option, dependant on availability. Single supplement , please contact us to enquire about single accommodation.

The shared on site accommodation at Green Field is only minutes from central Ubud, yet remains quiet and secluded. The hotels provided a free shuttle to the centre of Ubud at anytime (8am-10pm).

The comfortable Balinese accommodation is set in tropical gardens with statues, fountains and lotus ponds. In the lush grounds are 2 saltwater pools and lounge areas to relax in. You’ll stay (twin share) in the new and spacious Bale Pituah or Bale Semampai rooms with garden view, terrace or balcony, bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, AC, telephone and minibar.
